Our Backstory:

In 2021, recognizing a clear gap in funding for women-led ventures, TheVenture.Fund (TVF) was launched, and supported by a network of dedicated women. Our mission was to invest in women-led initiatives that prioritized people, planet, and prosperity—fostering just and resilient communities.
In 2023, a virtual call brought a new partner onboard to build on TVF’s legacy. After nearly a decade of running in the same social innovation circles as Hilary, Raissa Espiritu, joined the TVF team and together, they moved TVF into the future. Audaxa Ventures was born — "Auda" signifies daring and courageous spirit—essential traits for both the founders and team as the fund strives for equitable access for all.
